But as it turns out, there will be more content, though the page count and cover price will remain the same. In addition to the main story dealing with the return of Peter, Dan Slott and Christos Gage will co-write two shorter stories, one with art by Giuseppe Camuncoli and one with art by Javier Rodriguez, that will both serve as table setters for the villains of the first several issues.
There will be a shorter, unrelated story from Joe Caramagna with art by Chris Eliopoulos, and another 8-page story by Slott and Ramon Perez will act as a prelude to the May-debuting Amazing Spider-Man Year One: Learning to Crawl.
Finally, the upcoming new Spider-Man 2099 ongoing series creative team of Peter David and Will Sliney will contribute a story setting up that July-debuting title, and Chris Yost and David Baldeon will add a Scarlet Spider story, indicating Kaine won’t be a forgotten man in the new Spidey status quo.
