Okay if, in real life, a man was bitten by an irradiated spider on the brink of death, what would happen. I know he wouldn't get spider powers like spider-man, but what would actually happen. Would it be fatal? Cancer causing? Any ideas...

Depends on the Spider and the type/ amount of radiation.

Lets say a spider that wouldn't normally have a fatal bite (i don't know any specific spider's names) and a dose of radiation that would kill it in a matter of minutes.

It would probably just be a regular spider bite. The amount of radiation needed to kill a spider is considerably less than what is needed to kill a human. Assuming that there was enough radiation, then maybe 25 years down the line the person would develop some form of cancer
