BIG HEROES! BIG VILLAINS! AND BIGGER ADVENTURES this week, Share Your Universe with a brand new episode of Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors this Sunday at 10:30am ET/PT inside the Marvel Universe on Disney XD.
Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors - "Cloak and Dagger"
Spider-Man and Doctor Strange attempt to help super-powered runaways Cloak & Dagger, but the mystical Dormammu has other plans. When Doctor Strange is taken captive by Dormammu’s army, he entrusts Spidey with his all-powerful cloak. Can Spidey learn to use this unknown supernatural power in time to stop Dormammu?
I'm surprised we didn't get a cutaway when Spidey said "kinda a weird visual". But hey, Cloak & Dagger get animated!
And someone was telling me these shows don't incorporate lesser known characters to the general audience...
They're two B-listers. I've actually read some of their series. I have too say they're kind of underrated.
I think it's cool that they have all these awesome characters in this show--I like Cloak & Dagger, and Dormammu--but god this show is annoying. I watched it last week because I misunderstood and thought Miles Morales was in it, but I guess that's later on. The characterization and humor is so grating, it's painful.
@owie: Check out the Agent Venom episode, major improvement but still pretty flawed

Gonna be honest, I've never heard of these two characters.
Lucky for you you're already on the perfect site to find out!
People complain about this show being too kiddie but this show promotes obscure characters. This show promoted Iron Fist, Power Man, White Tiger, and Nova. They are arguably B-List or C-List characters. I think this show is amazing simply because of that.

I think you have a very low bar for B-Listers. They are arguably C-Listers or D-Listers at best in my opinion.
@jimmie_hudson_: To be honest, this show makes me almost hate these characters because they are portrayed so badly. To be honest, this show ruined White Tiger for me.
@captainmarvel4ever: Honestly?
@g_man: Yeah, never heard of these characters ever before this. It's much harder for me to keep up with Marvel.
The Spider-verse episode was pretty amazing well the change in art style for 2099 part anyway
The voice for 2099 was nothing what I hear when I read Miguel's book xD

That's the problem with Marvel. There's like 4 different Avengers teams at once, half of which I don't even like.
@humanrocket: What did Miguel sound like in your head? Antonio Banderas?
@ostyo: I imagine the voice of Mako from Avatar Legend of Korra actually.
@humanrocket: I imagine Keith David. :P
@ostyo: Pffft...try Kevin Michael Richardson.
I wonder why Marvel keeps pushing Ultimate Cloak and Dagger, but doesn't make any attempt for the main universe duo.
Isnt Ult-Cloak a chick? If no one knows about a character, & you want diversity, it makes sense to push your female minority.
I found out about C&D from the Maximum Carnage game.
As for this show, the animation is cheap & the designs are not that good looking. The DCAU at least look GOOD, this just looks like a failed cheap copy. Comics & Cartoon HAVE to be LOOKed at people.
