Spiderman or not yet?
Spider-Man
Character » Spider-Man appears in 17242 issues.
Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider as a teenager, granting him spider-like powers. After the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter learned that "with great power, comes great responsibility." Swearing to always protect the innocent from harm, Peter Parker became Spider-Man.
Is Ultimate Spidey as strong as 616
If i remeber correctly they states Ult Spidy only lift 2 tons the same amount as Captain America. And as he grows up the stronger he will get.
Ultimate Spider-Man is still a teenager, 616 is a fully grown adult so the Ultimate's power hasn't fully fleshed out yet. 616 is stronger.
I don't think Ultimate spiderman will ever be as strong as 616 spiderman frankly speaking. His powers are described as spider-related but unlike 616 he's said to specifically have the proportional strenght of a spider like the 616 one.
Ultimate spiderman #3 I think has this info. And he constantly shows lower feats of strenght. So I don't know 616 seems more powerful even in his normal incarnation. With his totem spider-powers from the Other story arc then it' s not a contest 616 spiderman is definitively more powerful.
the 616 Peter Parker was a senior in high school when he got bitten. so he was around 17 or 18
" @Primmaster64: the 616 Peter Parker was a senior in high school when he got bitten. so he was around 17 or 18 "Actually, that was in the movie.... In the comics, he was fifteen when he got his powers.
