Spider sense would be sick but it the only reason it works for Spiderman is his incredible speed and agility.

I'd like his speed. 
 
Nothing to web on where I live, wall crawling wouldn't help me all that much, and spidey sense only works if you combine it with strength and speed. 

His agility, mainly. 

I don't really count his agility and strength as separate powers, since both stem from the same thing; a super-enhanced human body.  
 So that I guess.

Yeah probably Spider Sense, id imagine if your mind started working that fast your body would begin to react faster on its own anyway.

spider-sense - actually have to have the reflexs to move out of danger in time 
organic webbing - need strength to webswing more that once before your arm staps from having to support the weight of your body when the line snaps tight. 
wall crawling - unless you're in great/good shape you'd get exhausted after climbing  in a short while 
  
only real things that don't come with drawbacks are the reflexs and enhanced strength/endurance, and to a lesser stance a slight healing factor, but that would probably increase your metabolism.

His strength/durability

I'd want webbing most of all. Spider sense takes second place. 

spider sense would be brilliant but would it be any good unless you had the spider agility, say you out were out with a couple of friends and some doosh tries to punch in the head from behind, would your spider-sense go off to leaving you enough time to dodge it or would it go off and you'd still get hit anyway, that would suck indeed,

the wall crawlings no good without the other spider powers, im sure spiderman has the spider power of stopping the blood from rushing to his head since he's upside down all the time,

organic webbing looks like it would be quite painfull, it has to sting having something shoot out of you that fast, heh,

So I guess i'l for enhanced strength/durablity and agility, and the body the comes with it, no more gym for me

there are some spiders who can resurrect themselves im not entirely sure what the circumstances are for death though, your obviously not coming back if your stepped on by a giant shoe

Preposterous had a good point. The sense wouldn't do much good without the agility.

I would choose webs...as long as it's the organic kind! (even if it does look like it would be painful lol) There's so much you could do with that besides just swinging :D

@ShirEPanjshir: Well, the thing is about Peter being able to get the girls? He's a sweet guy and stuff, I think him being so nice and goofy really sells it to them. And Felicia just has a weird thing for guys in masks as it is.

I would have the ability to climb up walls and stuff! That would be sweeeeet.
