There was a rumor that Sam Raimi planned to have Felicia Hardy (black cat) in spider-man 2.And she would have been played by Anne Hathaway...I guess it was partially true.
Dunno depends what they are going for. If they want a young Felica(like Peter's age in the movies) Candice Accola with her hair died white could pull it off.
But imo they'll go the Ultimate route and she'll be older (+ thats in keeping with the game which is apparently canon) in which case i'm not sure. Amber Heard looks quite a lot like her though:

It wasnt sad, it was discasting....i mean ok freak out cause the person you fell in love is 15 and you are (idk) 20....(there is no reason to freak out,but anyway) but throw up on 'im??? C'MON BENDIS!!!
i think they could do so much with Black Cat in Ultimate they didnt.... (sorry about the "FUCK OFF", i was messin' with ya! :) i think you understood ;) )

After I saw Ledger's portrayal of Joker, I decided that physical appearance makes little difference as long as the actor is talented enough to nail the essence of a character, so I don't really care who plays her.
@PsychoKnights: .....its Black Cat......what are you talking about....physical appearance is 70% of the character.It isnt so difficult to play the role of Felicia...i suppose
And no it isnt announced, but she was in the game and left very much cliff-hungers for the movie....strong rumors that she will be in the movie.....but mostly,yeah, it is for fun! ;)
Tom Hardy, Heath Ledger, and Anne Hathaway do not look very much like the characters they play, but they all did a great job portraying their characters because they are good actors. On the other hand, you can look just like a character and be a horrible actor.
