    i want to start reading the amazing spider man but i dont know where i should start should i start with the actual number 1 or should i start somewhere else like around 500???? Wheres a good ace to start i know a good amount about spider man and the villians so if i start later i would kind of know whats going on but the story does get pretty different so where should i start??

    I started reading it again with Spider-Island I suggest starting there. Then again I knew stuff before that.

    I picked it up with Spider Island (#666) You'd only be 10 issues behind.

    Ive heard about spider island and it does sound good i just read the new ways to die book and i really liked it should i just skip to spider island or start off from where i finished?

    The build-up from New Ways to Die up to # 600, and then the Gauntlet storyline along with Grim Huntis definitely worth reading, but I guess it depends on your willingness to read through and buy such a significant amount of single issues or TPBs.

    I started with One more Day and am just now reaching the Guantlet storyline. I feel like this is a good way to go but im not shelling out cash for this because i'm reading them through trades at my library.
