    Im looking for a spider-man book i read a long time ago, it was a very extended comic, with just one story in it: 
     
    Spider-man is being pursued by a very powerful, practically invulnerable person who has lived for years by absorbing the life essence of other heroes. Spider-man is offered help escaping by a multi-billionaire who has the same powers spidey does.  
     
    Can anyone tell me the name of this comic?
