Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider as a teenager, granting him spider-like powers. After the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter learned that "with great power, comes great responsibility." Swearing to always protect the innocent from harm, Peter Parker became Spider-Man.
I haven't read the amazing spider-man sines brand new day, i wonted to know if it is worth reading spider-man again. I really wont to because spider-man was my favorite super hero when a kid and then spider-man 4 cameout and then brand new day happened and i just went of the character.
Well, there were only 3 movies out but I know what you mean. To your question: It´s definitely worth reading Spidey again. Although I personally think that Spidey is great since BND. There are some really great stories - especially the ones with Dan Slott as a writer. If you´re unsure than I think you should at least try out some of the issues. For example, start with the Gauntlet (#612). That´s an awesome storyline until now.
