    Well there was a Marve Adventure title with Spider-Man and Ant Man facing Galactus. Which title I'm not sure.

    Well aside from the Secret Wars, I don't know about any other Earth-616 "fights" between Spidey and Galactus and I don't know about any alternate comic universes but it is possible for Spidey to take on Galactus in Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and he takes part in the battle against Galactus in Lego Marvel Super Heroes the video game.
