Recently we saw the new line-up of the Avengers. Yesterday we saw Luke Cage proclaiming to be a "New" Avenger when we all thought he was going to be leading the Thunderbolts (perhaps he'll do both). Today, Marvel has revealed another "New" Avenger. This guy was already slated to be on the regular Avengers along Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and the others. 

I HAVE LOST MY MIND CAUSE OF THIS!

maybe the avengers will be the consisting Thunderbolt-Avengers and the new Avengers the original Line-up, seeing Luke cage in it makes sense to me since he is the leader of the new thunderbolts.

will this madness ever end?

This gives me a headache.   
I actually love Bendis, for the most part, but why end the title just to bring it back a few months later? Are they starting the numbering over too? Agh.  
Hopefully whatever explanation they give for it will be satisfactory... I guess we'll see...

I think each individual Avenger, will be part of another Avenger team.

Captain America (Bucky) 
Iron Man 
Thor 
Spider-Woman 
Hawkeye 
 
and the New Avenger lineup so far is: 
Luke Cage and Spider-Man  for all we know Spider-Man and Wolverine are guest appearing on Avengers #1 and that's it! "

Ugh, you got to be kidding me.  What happened to having just one Avenger's book like Marvel promised?  I've despised Dark Reign, Siege has been a pile of garbage, but I was actually getting excited for Heroic Age.  A big part of that was having 5 of Marvel's biggest characters all on the same team.  Having Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Wolverine, and Spider-Man all on the same team sounded amazing.  But it's looking more and more like the same bullshit Marvel's been feeding us with all these teams.  

Well, maybe we'll see Ms. Marvel and Wolverine here. Wonder who that leaves for the 5th spot...

After Siege I'm droping Avengers books.

so they are gonna put spidey on the B-team avengers? YEAH that makes a lot of sense................and he will keep taking orders for MR. C-LEVEL "leader" luke cage? man this is dumb Why cant spidey have his own team of avengers if thats the case? i mean hes freaking SPIDERMAN!!!!!!!!!! man the least they could do is have cyclops on an avengers team and have Him Bucky and Barton each commanding thier own teams so we know we will have solid avenger leadership. Oh yeah an steve would be running the whole planet.

i thought the whole point of the heroic age was to take the avengers down to one team but since then 4 teams of avengers have been announced, the avengers, the secret avengers, avengers academy and now new avengers, so basically theyre gonna just keep doing the same thing and im willing to bet the next "new" avenger will be wolverine

I like marvel but heroic age seems boring and come on, Spider-Man in another team? I'm dropping all avengers books. Will only check out Secret Avengers.

why did they release this now as a " reveal " after theyve already shown him on
both covers of Avengers #1, and he was named in the team roster in several
interviews. i'm not for or against Herioc Age, in fact for the most part there doesnt 
seem to be much change, just the next linear part of progression, ill have to see when 
i get to that road, but this whole advertising campaign Marvel is doing with the " Guess if 
you can?" thing, where the reveal end up not being a big deal anyways is lame.

This reminds me of when DC rebooted JLA in the eighties. Who would be in it, and who wouldn't be... Eventually they got Captain Marvel, Batman, Black Canary, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Elongated Man, Booster Gold, Blue Beetle and the bunch...

Okay, I'm really not so worried, I love the current New Avengers book (just wish they would be fighting people other then The Hood every arc...) but like I said about the Luke Cage promo, I want to hear Bendis' reason for having this Avengers team along side the other two, maybe this is like West Coast Avengers?

I want them to throw me something from left field and have Punisher, Juggernaut and Sabretooth become Avengers.

Hmmm. Wolverine will be next, I think. I hope Hank Pym's on this team. Some sort of curveball would also be nice. Like Taskmaster or Cloak and Dagger.

Too many avengers teams! What is the point of Avengers: Earth's mightiest heroes........and another team of heroes, slightly less mighty.....and er, another team of avengers that are a secret.....and er...uh...ummm......another team of avengers who are young and learning to be mighty??!?!?  
 
One avengers team is enough. Think of another name for these teams/books. Avengers: Auxilary, Avengers: International, The Cosmic Avengers, etc...

 
A little creativity goes a long way. I hate that they are ending New Avengers...just to restart New Avengers?  Just keep the series going OR find a new name for the team!  Gah!!
