    Hmm Could Spider-Man have his memory wiped and still be Spider-Man but not remember being Parker? 
    Maybe the Spider that bit him comes back and becomes the new Spider-Man. :p

    @Dernman: It depends. Does the Ultron War take place early on in Avengers during Marvel Now? Because in the first few issues of the Avengers its still Peter Parker as Spider-man because apparently it takes place Pre-Superior. Hence the reason Spider-man still has his red/blue suit on the cover of Marvel Now! Avengers issue 3.
