Mysterio was a formidable foe to Spider-Man. So much so that his arts of illusion were carried on by others after the original Mysterio's death. The original Mysterio, Quentin Beck, has recently returned. The events behind his resurrection are currently shrouded in mystery.
Dmitri Smerdyakov, AKA Chameleon, was first member of an inexperienced Spider-Man's rogue's gallery. The Chameleon is an elite spy and a master of disguise, using a variety of masks, technology, and other inventive techniques to flawless mimic the appearance and mannerisms of virtually anyone. Although he has been revealed to be the half-brother of Kraven The Hunter, the face behind his trade-mark white mask – worn even beneath his other masks – has never been seen.
Swindled by his business partner out of his equal share of the profits from their company, Adrian Toomes set out for revenge by using a flying harness of his own design. He has however, met defeat several times at the hands of his arch-nemesis, The Amazing Spider-Man.
The second and most successful clone of Spider-Man created by the Jackal. A superhero known as the Scarlet Spider, Reilly later replaced Peter Parker for a time as Spider-Man after he found out that all this time he was the original and not Peter. Ben met his ultimate demise in the fight against the Green Goblin which led to Peter becoming Spider-Man once again, after he found out that he is the real Spider-Man after all.
Eddie Brock bonded with the dark alien symbiote after it was discarded by Spider-Man, becoming the first Venom. Later, Brock became Anti-Venom, but the symbiote was lost during the events of Spider-Island. Brock has also been forcibly bonded to the Toxin Symbiote by the Crime-Master, but has reluctantly given it up to stop Carnage. Recently he has re-bonded with Venom.
Kaine was the first clone of Spider-Man created by the Jackal. He was suffering from clone degeneration and became an assassin and spent years tormenting his clone brother, Ben Reilly. He has since taken up the mantle his now dead brother as the new Scarlet Spider.
Madame web is a mutant with precognitive powers. She retains her powers after M-Day. Madame Web also is the one who reminds Peter Parker who he is when he starts to think about not being Spider-man. Was played by Stan Lee's wife Joan in the 90s cartoon.
Grim Hunter is a fictional character by Marvel comics. Grim Hunter is one of the sons of the original Kraven The Hunter.
Ezekiel Sims was a rich businessman who, in his younger years, ritualistically gained powers similar to those of Spider-Man. He wanted to use his powers to be a hero, but initially used them to found a corporation and became a member of the Spider-Society. He helped Spider-Man deal with Morlurn and many other beings who were after Spider-Totems.
Anya Sofía Corazón is a 17 year old super-heroine who originally went by the name Araña and had a symbiotic exoskeleton which emanated from her spider-shaped tattoo. She then lost those powers and instead gained new powers similar to that of Spider-Man. Anya currently goes by the name of Spider-Girl.
Mattie Franklin was the third person to be a costumed super-heroine called Spider-Woman.
Patrick was cloned from the body of Michael Van Patrick (MVP) of the Initiative after his death, and is one of the Initiative's Scarlet Spiders. He is the last surviving Scarlet Spider.
A journalist who worked at the Daily Bugle along with Peter Parker and after Civil War in Front Line newspaper. She seems to like sarcastic humor and Peter is usually the joke.
13 year old daughter of Kraven the Hunter. Now walking in her father's footsteps, she continues the hunt for Spider-Man.
Sasha was married to Kraven the Hunter.
