This is another epic tale from the Jeph Loeb & Tim Sale team in a similar style to Daredevil: Yellow.

Peter is still mourning over the loss of Gwen Stacy, even years after she died. The narrations throughout the story are of Peter vocally recording grieving messages to Gwen to help him cope with her loss. He retells the story of a love triangle between himself, Gwen and Mary-Jane, how he became friends with Harry Osborn and how he had to juggle his social/ love life and being Spider-man.

It is a very sad story, I don't know how Jeph Loeb does it, but some how I'm always left feeling choked up and close to tears. That to me is the true sign of a good story writer when you feel all the emotions of the characters.

Beautifully drawn as usual with Tim Sale's unique style capturing Jeph's words and giving them life, and wonderfully colored by Steve Buccellato. This is definitely a series to have in your collection!

    Five Stars!

    Thank you. xx
