What role does Spider-Woman have for Spider-Island?

Synopsis: Spider-Woman joins the fray in Spider-Island.

    What's Good?

With Spider-Island going on involving Spider-Man, Spider-Girl (in her own way), Venom, Madam Web, and Anti-Venom, where does Spider-Woman fit in all of this? Apparently, nowhere. There's not a lot of positives for this one-shot, other than the fact that one element could play a part for the vaccine for Spider-Island.

One great positive is the artwork. Giuseppe Camuncoli shows off a nice detailed Spider-woman along with a night New York filled with giant spiders. The only minor complaint I have with the artwork is Spider-Woman's costume. I know Spider-Woman can fly (which is odd enough) but isn't she supposed to have spider gliders under her costume arms? To me, she looks odd just flying without them.

    What's Bad?

It's the story. It isn't exactly logical. Wouldn't it made more sense if Ben went after Alicia Masters due to their history instead of Jessica? Now, Ben could have been doing something at the time, (doesn't seem likely), but this one-shot was close to be called a Spider-Island: FF than Spider-Island: Spider-Woman. While Jessica is giving inner monologues about how she feels about Spider-Island and herself, the weird story overshadows it.

Overall: Other than the artwork, I'm disappointed with this one shot. This would have been great opportunity for Jessica to shine since she doesn't have a series anymore, along with the fact that she does have spider-powers. With only one small plot device for Spider-Island that could show up in the main story, this issue is forgettable.
