A-Next Spider-Girl was a longtime reserve member of the "Next Generation Of The Avengers", but the team (predominantly Stinger and Mainframe) were wary of her inexperience and inability to follow direct orders. However, after the events of "Last Planet Standing" in which Mayday was an integral part of defeating Galactus, A-Next formed with Spider-Girl's close friend American Dream in the leadership role. At American Dream's request, Spider-Girl finally became a full Avenger. |
