    I haven't read 'em to be certain, but I'm guessing Amazing Spider-Girl #10, 11 & 12. 
     
    If you click on the 'Comics By Cover' link in the little menu on the left-hand side of this page, then you'll find all the titles the symbiotes have appeared in.  It includes those issues of Amazing Spider-Girl :)

    Mayday Parker(Spider-Girl) has only bonded with the symbiote once and that was in Spider-Girl #100. At the time the symbiote was bonded with the Normie Osborn, who was able to purge the Venom personality from the symbiote and restore it to it's original state, and he used it to help save May's life. It bonded with her(it created a costume resembling her traditional red & blues) and she set out to battle the original Hobgoblin. Her time with the symbiote was not long as the Hobgoblin was prepared for the symbiote(he had been inform about the symbiote being in Normie's possession) and used a sonic device on it. The symbiote attempted to attack the Hobgoblin but it was killed from the Goblin's device. So therefore the Venom symbiote is dead in the MC2(Spider-Girl) Universe. 
     
    The Carnage symbiote was split into 297 specimens to be used as medical research and possible as bio-weapons. One of the specimens of the Carnage symbiote was bonded to one of May's classmates and one bonded with her baby brother. Both have been seperated from these pieces of the Carnage symbiote and the rest of the other speciemens were order to be destroyed. 
     
    Cells samples of the Venom symbiote were spliced to April Parker's(Spider-Girl's clone) DNA, making her a unique human/symbiote hybrid. She has all the powers May has in addition she has the ablities of a symbiote except these powers are part of her genetic structure. She was created by Norman Osborn, the original Green Goblin, as part of his final revenge against the Parker family. Once Osborn's plan was foiled, she is currently living with May and the rest of the Parker Family.
