Medusa is the Queen of the Inhumans and the primary interpreter for her husband Black Bolt, the King of the Inhumans. Medusa is best known for her long, thick head of red hair, which she can psychokinetically wield like countless extra appendages.

Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic, is the leader of the Fantastic Four. He can stretch his body to great distances due to his exposure to cosmic rays while in space. He is also considered to be one of the smartest men alive, using his brain to explore alternate dimensions and save the world alongside his family from science-based threats.
Two beings have assumed the likeness of Sphinx; Anath Na-Mut & Meryet Karim. Each sharing their body and soul to the Ka Stone for centuries to obtain great powers and long lifespans. Anath Na-Mut conspired to rule the world with mysticism, Meryet Karim was an industrialist of reincarnation powers set to have Egypt become the sole world super-power as its leader to divert the End of Days as its despot queen. Sphinx has battled various teams as well the New Warriors set to overthrow the two in their parallel world of conquering the Earth.
Two powerful beings have assumed the role of the ancient despot sorcerer of the Sphinx. The first was a pharoah guard known as Anath Na-Mut, the latter is Meryet Karim-a reincarnative ancestor & business mogul. Both have possessed reality warping abilities, super-genius, super-strength, immortality, metahuman speed, endurance, flight and the power to teleport by the Ka Stone they have embedded to their brow. Consumed with setting Egypt as a world power and themselves as ruler, both Sphinx's have battled the New Warriors and Nova (Richard Rider).
The Sphinx is Nova's greatest and most powerful enemy. Created to be part of a super-human army by the alien Caretakers of Arcturus, the Sphinx eventually escaped to Egypt. In Egypt, he took the name Anath-Na Mut and became the wizard to the Egyptian pharaoh Ramses. After being defeated by the legendary Moses, Mut was banished into the desert where he found the powerful Ka Stone. The Ka Stone has heightened the Sphinx's mutant strength and has given him immense power along with immortality.
