I know this a weird question but. Was Speed ever biologicly related to Vision and Scarlet Witch ? I know that Speed is a reincarnated verion of thomas maximoff but on thomas's page it says... "Billy and Tommy were twins born of Scarlet Witch by Vision, but actually they were are magic constructs, created by Wanda's hex powers. It was revealed that she use a slivers of Mephisto's life essence to give her childrens a souls. Tommy and Billy were reabsorbed by Mephisto and ceased to exist." so whats the deal ? please help.

Thomas Shepherd is the son of the Scarlet Witch and Vision. He was located using the fail-safe program devised by the Vision to locate potential recruits for the next generation of Avengers. He inherited his uncle's power of super speed, eye and hair color. Tommy united with his younger twin brother, Billy Kaplan a.k.a. Wiccan, and joined the Young Avengers under the codename Speed.
