umm... lots of Omni words there... as far as i could remember span was still only one man, a general in Hells army. he wasn't a god or a superbeing... also impervious? he can be hurt by various means... Invincible? he's been taken down by various characters and demons so not invincible... other than that, yeah love spawn as a character :)

Spawn's been through some upgrades. Most recently he's been raised to the level of God and Satan (which are actually really powerful in his universe.) He's got unreal abilities and has easily done things like resurrect every being on Earth at once. He's one of the 3 strongest beings in his universe. Not exactly sure how he'd stack up to that list 4power wrote, but I don't think you guys are giving him enough credit.
