    I know they did a limited series a few years ago and it was quite enjoyable. But do they still own his rights?

    I believe they might have lost their license on him last year, I also read that story and loved it.

    DC is owned by Time-Warner which also owns Hanna-Barbera, so basically Space Ghost,Superman, and Batman are all owned by same company.
