The story starts from a recurring dream that Tomoki has ever since he is little. Why is he having this dream? Could it be a premonition of a grand event or an omen of darker things to come? No one knows.
After the dream sequence, Eishiro Sugata, together with his assistant, Pretty (A doll.) introduces himself to explain a phenomenon he is currently investigating. The matter of interest is a black hole circling on the earth's surface. He believe that this hole is a gateway to a "New World".
Every morning Sohara has taken it upon herself to wake Tomoki up so he would not be late for school like a typical childhood friend. he had trouble waking Tomoki, so she pulls his blanket away from him in hope that he comes to his senses and fully awaken. After pulling his blanket, Sohara found out that another part of Tomoki's body is fully awake. Even though it is not his fault, Tomoki receives the infamous Sohara Chop.
Still groggy from being beaten half to death, Tomoki dress-up and went to school with Sohara. During class, Sohara noticed that Tomoki is about to fall asleep but could not do a thing because of the distance of their sleep. While asleep, Tomoki keeps having the same dream about a woman whose face is hidden and spirited away by the sky as they are about to touch. Tomoki was then woken-up by Sohara and she noticed that he is crying. Concerned for his well-being Sohara suggested that Tomoki consult somebody with regard to his recurring dream and said that he consult with Eishiro Sugata. Tomoki refused because of his weird reputation. Sohara not having the patience to deal with Tomoki's ramblings threatens him with a Sohara Chop.
After being beaten half to death, dress-up and went to school with Sohara. During class, Tomoki finds himself getting sleepy and finally doze off, Sohara saw him and attempts to wake him but could not because of the distance of their seats. Meanwhile Tomoki finds himself in a familiar scene, he is having that dream again, it is still the same, before he could get close to the woman in his dreams, she is spirited away by the sky. Sohara finally woken Tomoki up but finds him in tears and she knew it was that dream again. Concerned for her childhood friends well-being, Sohara suggested that Tomoki consult somebody with his recurring dream and suggested getting the help of Eishito Sugata. Tomoki refused due to Sugata's reputation, but before they can discuss it a commotion erupts outside the school building.
Tomoki and Sohara went outside to see what is causing the disturbance and find a person on the roof of the school building with a Hang-Glider and attempting to to fly, it come to no surprise who it was, it was Eishiro Sugata. Tomoki desperately tried to find someone who can help him talk some sense with Sugata and finds the Student Council President Mikako Satsukitane in the crowd. Tomoki pleaded with her to help since she is also Sugata's childhood freind but all falls in deaf-ears due to her sadistic nature. With no one to stop Sugata, he attempted the filght, it was looking good for a few seconds but alas, he crashed as expected. Sugata was lucky he only sustained minor injuries.
Tomoki and Sohara went to the New World Discovery Club's club room to discuss Tomoki's dream. After a brief lesson on Sugata's New World theory and revealing that the anomaly will come to Sorami City when evening come, Sugata, Sohara, and Tomoki decided to meet at a certain place in the City. Tomoki was reluctant at first but is convinced less suffer a Sohara Chop.
That evening, Tomoki arrived at the designated place but finds himself alone as his companions encountered last minute obstacles. When Tomoki decided to leave, he received a call from Sugata telling him to leave immediately but the signal was interfered by something. A light suddenly come shooting down from the sky and after it hit ground, a large crater was created and inside the crater a girl was lying unconscious. Upon checking, the girl have angel like wings. Suddenly a large pillar-like debris come crashing down, Tomoki flee but thought of the girl's safety and decided to return to help. He tried to pull the girl up but a huge chuck of pillar-like debris is on top of him. When the smoke clears he found himself alive and flying in the air held by the mysterious girl he is about to rescue. The Angel-Like being begins to say "Imprint" and the chain in her choker extended and wrap around Tomoki's wrist. This signifies that she now recognize Tomoki as her master. The girl introduced herself as Ikaros, a Type Alpha Pet Class Angeloid.
The following morning, Tomoki woke-up and finds Ikaros by his side. She explained to Tomoki that she is there to perform his every command. Skeptical, Tomoki wish for money and Ikaros said if One Billion Yen, caught in the moment, Tomoki nod and Ikaros made his wish come true by using a Transport Card. Suddenly, a bundle of cash came crashing down on him. Realizing the power of the device in Ikaros' possession, Tomoki tried different ways to use the card. First, he made himself invisible and came to Sohara's room while changing and fondled her breast. He went outside still invisible and naked streaking his heart-out. With the card he also wished for all the delicious food he could think of. He is practically living the life of a king.It was all well and good until he made a mistake. He wished to rule the world without thinking, to grant this, the card erases every person in existence, when he asked Ikaros what happen, she said that for Tomoki to rule the world, every person must acknowledge him and since no will acknowledge him the card simply erases every one, the card always think of the best logical solution when granting a wish.
Tomoki desperately tried to find a living soul but found none, in his despair, ordered Ikaros to also disappear and the card turned into a gun and Ikaros tried to kill herself per Tomoki's order. Tomoki immediately tried to stop her and wished it was all a bad dream. Morning came and things seems to be all as it seems before his wish. Ikaros explained that Tomoki's last wish supersedes his earlier wish.
