Plot Summary

Hawkeye receives an anonymous tip that an arms deal is going to take place. Madame Menace has arranged a demonstration for Doctor Octopus. Sandman, an agent of Silver Sable, arrives and tries to capture Madame Menace. Both Menace and Octopus escape.

Namor discovers a golden building in an ocean trench. He gets yelled at by US officials. He prevents Goldbug from stealing the building (from Secret Wars II #2) then gets yelled at by US officials again.
