it would have killed both him and the Ion symbiote if he didn't still have his ring on to keep his blood clean of the toxins constantly.

Half the time you say Sodam and the symbiotes (spit) suck and they should just die, and the rest of the time it's like you're mad Kyle doesn't have the symbiote anymore. I'm so confused. Should the symbiote not exist at all, or should Kyle have it?

I don't like the symbiote idea... but if it's got to be around, i'd rather a seasoned character had it as that would make sense, why would the Guardians hand it over to someone just out of rookie stage?

Kyle knew how to use the power, and he used it damn well...

but to be honest, my bias is colored since i really don't like Sodam as a character.

at the moment, the symbiote story is proving the lesser of all the evils of all the new retcons...

i used to really hate it, but since it isn't going anywhere i'd rather that stuck with it and actually attempted to make sense out of it

so if the sinestro corps and the green lantern corps both have their symbiotes do you guys think the other colored corps will each have one too?

From an inside source that I know is that yes there is a entity for each of the colors.  They have not been revealed yet but yes they do exist.

If you remeber Kyle actually unknowingly pulled Ion out of our systems' sun when he drained off the extra power that Hal had used to reignite the sun.   And since our sun is a yellow sun and Ion is the entity of green and we all know that green is weak against yellow.  So if you keep that in mind it is quite possible that hte other entities are locked in something that their color is weak against.

We will all just have to wait and see what and where and then when they are revealed.
