I understand this is a temporary costume that Clark's wearing. But is this really necessary? Even though he's going to wear the blue tights in the end of the season. Where did he get this costume? Did Martha also made this for him?

With all due respect I disagree, judging a season so far based on one or two shows is boarderline ridiculous to me anyway...the Premiere was fine by me. Not saying the greatest but definitely not the worst ever....have you seen Heroes? Lost? You want disappointing lol 
 
Besides, at this point I think smallville fans should really be more concerned with the rest of the season and especially the finale more then anything. Only so much you can fit in 45 minutes remember.

Why doesn't he just wear the tights?

Although the costume is far from perfect, it is a lot better than the previous one IMO. As for the tights, he will probably wear them at the end of the last episode. And I agee that GA's costume is very good.

Maybe if they made the jacket black, it would look like the old Superboy costume...the red jacket looks kinda...not good looking...horrible really lol

I hope Ollie grows the goatee or at least the mustashe at some point :)  
 
But @Fade to black I agree lol, Heroes started off good then blah...lol but anywho yeah I just love how they're building Clark up not only confidence wise of being the leader and inspiration to all heroes on earth but also costume wise :) I agree, I think that's probably the case with the actual suit. He'll don it the last episode after defeating Darkseid.

Yeah I'm guessing Darkseid will possess someone and face off with Clark, my guess since no actor really looks like Darkseid lol, and they don't have the budget for a CGI Darkseid.....although you'd think, they pulled off Doomsday alright, Darkseid you'd think would be easier. Maybe make a costume and put a big guy in it with that helmet, grey make up and red eyes....might look lame but just trying to think of ideas
