Using his ability to make cells rapidly grow on his victims' faces, causing them to suffocate. A Detective Quinn is on Sludge's trail but with no idea who the gand member killer is, his only link are the causes of death. Sludge tries to stop another act of violence and recognises one of the hoods as being Quinn, the man he was supposed to kill before his transformation.
