during the first Decepticon civil war Skywarp fought under the command of Ratbat against Scorponok's decepticon batallion. he suprised Bugly with his Teleportation abiity and shot him stunning Bugly however Bugly managed to return fire and scored a direct hit by guessing where Skywarp would telport next
