DS9 Captain.

Benajmin Lafiate Sisko lost his wife at wolfe 359 with the Borg attack on earth. Afterward he sent his son,Jake to earth and he remained in starfleet as one of the top starship designers at Utopia Planitia above Mars.Three years later he was reassigned to Deep Space Nine an station built by Bajoran slavery under the ruthless tyranny of the Cardassians.Now above the planet,Bajor Sisko's mission is to help keep the peace between the federation,the Bajorans and the evil Cardassians.His other goal is to welcome bajor into the fedeartion,which proves difficult even when he becomes their emissary and religous leader.Eventually things become difficult when Sisko discovers a wormhole leading to the other side of the galaxy which contains a evil enemy the Dominon. The Dominon end up pouring forces into federation space and join forces with cardassia proclaiming war against the federation and its allies. Sisko convinces the Bajorans to side with the Dominon or be destroyed. The war lasted a few years and took its toll on the captain perhaps the most. He did win great victoires with the prophets help he even was the cause which forced the Romulans to side with the federation. Sisko was later awarded medals and became close to the prophets which are the bajoran's gods. Perhaps the hardest part in Sisko's life is when he found out his mother was a prophet and telling her he would marry Kassidy with or without the prophets help. After Sisko won the war against the dominon he threw Dukat into a great fire and he joined the prophets in their celestrial temple until he would return to unite the bajoran people.
