Plot Summary
After having to deal with the restrictions of the neighborhood homeowners association, Homer, with a little encouragement from a new neighbor, runs for president of the organization. However, once he takes office, the residents are subject to Homer's ridiculous neighborhood whims -- until something even worse threatens to change life on Evergreen Terrace forever!
