I really don't understand this so someone please explain this to me.  Black Panther beat SS twice, i can't remember the first time but i do remember that Panther had SS in an arm lock, where he could brake his arm. So, why does SS with so much power gets beat by a BP? Especially when there are threads that got people saying SS could beat almost any dbz characters?

I have to agree that the armlock was one of the worst things wriiten in comics. I believe the second time was done more to how the Black Panther would handle a fight with him. He used his head and got a hold of the same device that Dr Doom used to beat the Surfer. He drained his power.
