Plot Summary

What is WEAPON 'S'?!

Summary
Silver Surfer has traveled to the planet Tanus, where dependence on technology has caused fear and starvation leading to anarchy. He tries to stop the people, but they attack him instead. They all stop when a spacecraft lands on the planet. He warns them that this may be no savior. Out of the ship comes Doctor Doom and makes the Silver Surfer an offer.

Galactus is feeding for his upcoming battle with his old enemy Tyrant. Morg starts to formulate his own plans to assist Galactus in the battle.

Back with Doom, the Surfer has accepted his offer. He will remove the Surfer's Power Cosmic as he wishes and also vowed to end the people of Tanus' suffering. On his ship, the Surfer is strapped to a machine that removes his power from him. The Surfer emerges, without any trace of the Power Cosmic.
