Silver Surfer’s Puppet Master doppelganger is on the loose! Spider-Man and Daredevil guest-star to put the kibosh on the Clay Surfer…but the damage to New York City is done! Plus, the original Surfer reverts back to Norrin Radd!

Norrin Radd awakens naked on the street with no memories of who he is. But something tells him to jump toward the stars. The police try to stop him from jumping from a building but cannot. He lands on the street but is unharmed. He tells the police he cannot remember anything and they take him to the station.

Meanwhile, the Clay Surfer is taking his anger out on New York City. Since the mightiest heroes have all perished against Onslaught, it's up to Spider-Man and Daredevil to stop a rampaging Silver Surfer.

Norrin Radd leaves the station to watch the heroes try to stop the Surfer. He somehow knows he is the fault of what is happening. Spider-Man and Daredevil put up their best effort but the angered Silver Surfer encases them in solidified energy. Norrin intervenes and seems to float up to the copy of the Surfer.

He is able to convince the copy to reveal the answers he seeks. Spider-Man and Daredevil jump to safety as the Clay Surfer causes a massive explosion.
