Silver Fox
Silver Fox is a comic book character that first appeared in Wolverine #10Originally thought to have been killed by Sabretooth on the North American Frontier, Silver Fox was romantically involved with Logan(aka: Wolverine).
History
Silver Fox was a member of a native American Indian tribe. She fell in love with Logan and they lived together in Canada. One day Sabretooth attacked Silver Fox apparently killing her. Logan fought Sabretooth but lost. Leaving town not knowing that Silver Fox had survived.
Years later she joined the Weapon X program. She joined the "Team X" unit, reunited with Wolverine and Sabretooth. Due to a reaction to her memory implants she betrayed the team and became a terrorist in Hydra. Silver Fox reappeared during the period when Wolverine tracked down the members of the Weapon X staff and discovered the studios where many of the memories he thought were his were staged. Apparently, she killed the Professor who had been in charge of the program after Logan left. At this point it was revealed that Silver Fox controlled a section of Hydra.
Silver Fox hired an assassin to poison Mariko Yashida, who was Wolverine's lover.
Later, when Mastodon, a member of Weapon X died due to the failure of his anti-aging factor, Silver Fox reunited with Logan, Creed, Maverick and Wraith. They infiltrated a secret base and confronted the man who had implanted them with their false memories: Aldo Ferro, the Psi-Borg. Ferro actually took control of their minds and this time made Creed actually kill Silver Fox.
Once the group had defeated the Psi-Borg, Logan travelled to the cabin where he really had lived with Silver Fox a lifetime ago, vindicating his one truly happy memory. He got permission to bury her there, and used the part of the door inscribed with "Silver Fox Logan" in a heart as a headstone.
Abilities
Silver Fox has an artificial healing factor given to her by Weapon X. This healing factor also retards her aging, so her true age is unknown. She is also an expert marksman and is skilled at using many forms of weapons.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine
In X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the character of Silver Fox is altered to better fit the film continuity. Silver Fox's name is changed to Kayla Silverfox, she is the sister of mutant Emma Frost, and she is a mutant who has the ability to seduce and hypnotically control humans through touch. In the beginning of the film, Kayla is allegedly killed by Sabretooth, the half-brother of her live-in boyfriend, Logan. Her alleged death is the main reason why Wolverine agrees to become part of Weapon X (pronounced Weapon Ten) hoping for a chance to kill his older half-brother for the murder of his girlfriend. Throughout the film, Logan is driven by Kayla's words of wisdom to go out and kill, and even chooses his codename as Wolverine in her memory, based on a folk-tale she told him. The folk-tale told of spirits, the Moon, the Trickerster, and the Wolverine. The Moon fell in love with the Wolverine, referring back to Kayla and Logan, and the Trickster fooled the Wolverine into never seeing his Moon again, a relapse back to Wolverine and Logan and how Sabretooth had killed her. However, it is revealed in the end of the film that Kayla was never really dead, but blackmailed by Stryker to play Wolverine's girlfriend, in exchange for her sister Emma to be released from Stryker's facility. Wolverine muses the folk-tale once again, and finally understands that he was always the foolish Wolverine, but all this time, Kayla was never the Moon, but instead the Trickster who broke his heart and had him running for his game.
At the end of the film, it is hinted that Logan has forgiven her, because he understood her pain, because everything she did, she had done for her sister. It is also revealed that she was indeed in love with him, and that she chose to let her sister take care of the mutant refugees escape the island, while she went bak to aid Wolverine in his fight against Deadpool, Sabretooth, and Stryker, whilst injured. Logan eventually finds Kayla bleeding to death after his finished battle with Deadpool, and attempts to bring her to safety, but then is shot by Stryker with adamantium bullets, causing him to drop her and himself. Stryker than proceeds to shoot Kayla in the head, but she controls him into walking on till his feet bled, and then some more. After Logan wakes up from his short nap, he wakes up not knowing who is what, and when Gambit and him attempt to leave, he finds Kayla's body in the midst of the rubble. He looks at her and checks if she's dead, and then closes her eyes when it's confirmed. He parts ways with Gambit, and runs off on his own, leaving Kayla's body for the government to handle.
