Plot Summary

Ramona Fradon returns to the Fabulous Freaks of the Doom Patrol for the cover to the one-shot!  With public sentiment turning against the noble (albeit mind-controlled) Justice League, the citizenry assumes that, if the JLA's turned bad, the Doom Patrol must be even worse!  Now the villianous General Immortus and Garguax join forces to take advantage of the chaos!
