The main problem in Silent Hill its is cult they Worship The goddess Samael (which actually is a demon or fallen angel) They founded the orphanage "The Wish House" in order to force the children to join and to participate in rituals and sacrifices. Apart from that the cult also transported drugs (The white Dahlia (a type of cocaine that produces hallucinations)). They also had a small prison in the middle of Toluca Lake made for the children that did'nt obey them, It had small cells, almost no lighting and moist (Silent Hill 4:The Room). They summoned the dark powers of Silent Hill by Sacrificing Alessa Gillespie by burning her.
