I haven't been reading Marvel at all since Dark Reign started... I was a Marvel boy as a kid but since I've grown up have lost interest in many of the story lines and have been strictly reading DC as of the past few years.  Is this any good? Should I give it a start?

I don't really read Marvel stories from Earth (except the FF) and I haven't read any of Dark Reign. I picked up Siege just so I could know what is going on. To be honest with you, it doesn't really excite me. In fact, I haven't even read the second issue from last week, I have no compulsion to do so, even though I know there is a death in it and everyone is talking about it. My opinion is that it could easily be passed up.

If you want to get back into earth Marvel, then read some of the Siege issues. If not, don't bother, want to get into X-Men, wait till Second Coming. 

Thanks for the responses, the last I read from Marvel was the Civil War and I didn't really care for it. I think I may wait for Second Coming to get into X-Men again. I'm thinking about reading some Spiderman... I haven't read since OMD/BND so.

It goes downhill from Civil war as far as main events go. Spiderman, post OMD I hear is quite good, on the other hand.

Yeah, SI and DR are not that good. Siege is descent. But is going to set up the Heroic Age. Maybe it will be good.

Alright, I decided to read some... I read the Origins of Siege, Siege: The Cabal, and Siege #1...I kinda like it, I'm interested to see where its going.
