"Taste Sensation"
The Amazing Spider-Man: Siege
Spider-Man finally get's his chance to fight Venom, Mac Gargon.
What You Need To Know
Venom has been one of the villains during Dark Reign posing as a hero. With Norman Osborn laying Siege upon Asgard, the real heroes have decided it's time they intervene once and for all. With Norman exposed Mac Gargon leaves Asgard and hits the streets, where Spider-Man is about to let him know how he feels about his tenure as "Spider-Man"
The Good
Brian Reed delivers a solid script. The twists made logical sense and the dialogue was on point.
Marco Santucci art is pretty good, some parts were iffy, but overall he did an excellent job.
Spider-Man and Ms. Marvel.
Mac Gargon is good too.
The Bad
Like I said before at times the art was a little weird.
Some of the colors were a little iffy.
The Kind of Out-of-Character
There's a scene where Spidey basically rips Venom's tongue out. I don't know if he would really do that, regardless of the fact that it's more than likely just hurting the Symbiote.
Overall
While I don't think it was really needed, it was written in a way that made sense. It's a nice, easy, one shot, anyone could read it. The Bugle Girl introductions in the ASM books basically make most of the series new reader friendly.
