    Born March 19, 1981 in Gunma prefecture. Debuted in 2002 with "Midnight Paranoia Star" published in Comic Irritation (Ota Publishing). In 2003, he started serialization of "Avant-garde Yumeko" in Young Magazine (Kodansha), followed by "Devil Ecstasy" in Young Magazine (Kodansha). "Drifting Net Cafe", which started in 2008 as Manga Action (Futabasha), was made into a TV drama in 2009. In the same year, he started serialization of "Evil Flower" in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine (Kodansha), ranked 10th in the male version of "Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2011", and was nominated for "Manga Award 2012". Highly rated. In 2013, the work was made into a TV animation as a work with a live-action touch using rotoscope, and it attracted a lot of attention. After that, "Sweet Poolside" was made into a movie in 2014, "Shino-chan can't say my name" was made into a movie in 2018, and "Boku wa Mari no Naka" was made into a drama in 2017. Imaging continues. He is currently serializing "Blood Tracks" in Big Comic Superior (Shogakukan).
