As such, she has been the ruler of Wakanda, an African nation known to be one of the most technologically advanced civilizations on Earth. She has returned from Djalia, the plane of memory, with a new set of abilities to aid her brother in ruling Wakanda.

    Am I the only person in the world who finds it very strange that Shuri's mother (practically) absolutely hates the thought of Shuri being the next Black Panther?  As soon as Storm mentioned it, she was like, "Whoa, whoa....whoa.  Are you sure?...........LOOK AT HER!!" (the prior quote was not an actual quote)

    Also, I am getting the SLIGHTEST hint of favoritism vibes.

    Maybe but I believe that it may have to do with maybe Shuri's attitude.

    I LOVE Shuri.  She's one of the baddest bitches in comics at the moment.  She doesn't give a damn what's going on anywhere else other than her country, and she knows how to deal with traitors.  She's easily one of my favorite marvel women now.
