Hercules,

especially since i forgot in the issue, but anyways, she helped him and had sex with him. While laying in his arms, she talked about how he would always be apart of her, and that in her own way she loved him because of what he did for her cousin, "The Hulk", but it ended up being a one night stand because at that moment her friend Jazinda , a skrull, found out that the talisman was on Earth and She hulk had to go fight. When She left, Hercules, He was actually not happy and even questioned his friends saying "Do you think she'll call me" its rather comical but they would be a good couple.

Thor? Never...she punched him out for no reason while they were Avengers.

Iron Man? He would never be with just one woman..and if he is..It won't be her.

Hulk? This is isn't Ultimates...incest isn't aloud in 616..besides.Nobody likes Banner..not even the Hulk.

Hercules? He has his eye on Namora.

Juggernaut? seeing as she is a good guy and he isn't..I don't think so.He tried to be good once..didn't work out

I think the best answer is Ares.Ares doesn't have any real history with She-Hulk,he loves strong women,they both like to fight.

We cannot decide who the right guy for She-Hulk is. She-Hulk will only find a good guy for herself if she learns Intimacy.
