I like the Shadowpact I really do. I just didn't dig this issue. The story is interesting with Blue Devil influencing people to make deals with demons, but it seemed hammed up. Zauriel is kinda boring here and usually he shines. Other than the cheese factor it was a good issue. But I have to give it a bad score because of the amount of cheese here. Danny quitting for a time is cool...it is good to change everynow and then. But the way Zauriel joined was again CHEESY...Jim Rook pretty much told Zauriel he will HAVE to join because Danny can no longer be a part of the team. Just the way it was done could have been more dramatic...it feels really really rushed...maybe it is about to get cancelled.
