      But after Elektra already injured bullseye's spine with his own arrow, he was upgraded with an adamantium spine and new healing factors. We know this from the List one shots where Clint already busted in and shot him several times after tossing venom out the window. Thus a knife through the gut and two dislocated shoulders is probably not going to kill him. We also saw how he could make his heart beat stop, in order to get out of restraints during his jail transit.  He could be faking it to get out again. Daredevil was gone and does not know of his new condition neither did Clint.
     
    Thus possibly Daredevil hasn't killed anyone. Sure given the cover of the next issue it looks like he did, but covers can be very misleading.

    I totally agreed with you about Bullseye not being dead till Shadowland:Bullseye #1 came out :/
