Shadowland Blood on the Streets Part 1
Another great Shadowland book? Is it possible? Why yes it is. I'm surprised I liked this so much, but not because it was a Shadowland tie in (I've actually liked Shadowland so far). The reason I was surprised at how much I liked it was the characters that are in it. They're C-List at best, and yet this is a great issue. Johnston's writing is great and interesting and he tells a good story. Alves' art is pretty great too. The characters look really good and the backgrounds are just as good. I especially like Pereira's colour job on this issue. And the re-cap page and character bio pages are a nice addition, too. Overall this is a good book that should be bought.
