    SHADOWLAND

    The Good
loved the art by Billy Tan, anyway the story starts with the Hand they talk about DD the story then moves to Bullseye who is in a cell on a plane. Minutes later he tells the guards about how the Sentry is coming back!(Don't worry he is not comicng back)
He then goes into carbiac arrest so the guards let him but silly them he isn't in cardiac arrest and then kills them with a defibrillator (what away to kill someone. Now don't go kill someone that way kids.) He then kills the pilot and is now free in New York. Next we cut to Cap,Iron man,Thor,Luke Cage and Iron Fist they then tell them how they must stop Matt. Now we see Bullseye back in his Bullseye costume. He now calls out DD and the Hand. DD then tells the Hand to go chase Bullseye and Luke and Iron Fist then call DD if he wants help and says will you join the Hand and Luke says no and has a funny face saying it. Bullseye then kills all the hand members which is a very cool scene. Daredevil then attacks Bullseye and dislocates Bullseye arms. Dare devil then grabs Bullseye sai and stabs Bullseye in the chest and kills him!!!

    The Bad
The scenes in the plane at the start are way to long. Its kinda slow moving and nothing really happend apart from the death of Bullseye. Luke and Danny then looked shocked when DD kills Bullseye  but they are shouting no no he going to kill but by the time they are saying that they could have stoped both of them.

    The Rating
While I was very much looking forward to this I felt disappointed with it. I loved the art. If you get the chance to check out do maybe don't buy it read it at the comic shop or borrow it. Maybe it will get better but for the first issue it gets a 3.5.

A Good But Not Great Start 0

It is rare that Marvel does a big story involving its street level heroes and rarer that the story isn't a Spider-centric one. This fact alone makes Shadowland really exciting. Daredevil has staked claim on Hell's Kitchen like a brutal feudal lord, and Marvel's street heroes have to take sides. It has all the makings of a street level civil war, and this first issue sets the scene as Daredevil makes where he stands now very clear for the rest of the Marvel Universe.  I was originally disappointe...

No More Mister Nice Devil: Shadowland #1 0

Ok first of all let me say, I love the art direction. Billy Tan is perfect for Shadowland. Second of all the ending was a long time coming. Daredevil killing Bullseye was the best ending to this book I could have dreamed of. For the most part this was as good as a first issue could possibly be. They let you know who the players where, they set up the first issue and the issues to come and we got some action in there. So Shadowland is basically a huge prison for Daredevil and the Hand's targets. ...
