Age

Since Shadow has amnesia, he is not sure how old he is but is around 50 years old. Shadow's body doesn't age.

Powers

Like Sonic, Shadow can move very quickly (Over Mach 1). Shadow doesn't run however, he "skates" on his hover shoes. This allows Shadow to have better endurance than Sonic.

Shadow can become Super Shadow if he uses the power of the seven chaos emeralds (gold color with red streaks). He is invincible when in super Shadow form, but needs rings to maintain it.

Shadow is also strong. He can pick up about 500 pounds with one hand. Shadow doesn't have near the strength of Knuckles or E-123 Omega though.

Shadow can exert his heroic power and evil power to give him additional powers for a short time. When he becomes light shadow, he glows blue, is invincible, can fly, and can stop time. When Shadow becomes dark shadow, he glows red, is invincible, and can generate a powerful energy wave capable of killing.

Shadow is a master at firearms and uses them with great accuracy. Shadow uses assault rifles, handguns, shotguns, and other deadly weapons.

Shadow also has the power to create an attack called Chaos Spears which he uses in a game and the the series Sonic X.

One of Shadow's other powers yet the most use is Chaos Control.Which is Shadow using the power of one or more chaos emeralds to warp himself or others with him (he must have some type of contact with there body and his).The power is use to warp time and space at his command.

Relationships

Maria: Dr. Robotniks daughter. They were good friends until one day when Shadow got the idea to break out. She was shot when one of the soldiers was trying to kill Shadow.He has been questioning life ever since.

Sonic: Sonic sees Shadow as an Ally sometimes, while Shadow sees Sonic as a pathetic waste of skin and organs.

Rouge the Bat

Rouge the Bat: Rouge worked with him when they both were helping Eggman, Shadow saved her when he placed the bomb, she had found the Chaos Emerald, but was trapped inside a base. Later, she watched him sacrafice himself, and thought he died. Rouge was sneaking into a lab to steal something when she opened a containment pod, containing Shadow. Rouge had gotten used to Shadow and became one of his closest freinds and ally, along with Omega they were Team Dark.

Omega: Omega was a soldier robot created by Dr.Robotnik to guard Shadow.

Black Doom: Because Shadow has dooms blood inside him that makes him Shadow's biological father. Shadow then kills him in Shadow the Hedgehog the game.

Amy Rose: Amy was the one who made Shadow a hero after giving him a hope speech.

Hope Kintobor: Due to her resemblence to Maria, Shadow watches over the Overlander girl from a distance, despite scaring her when he fought Locke.
