Shadow Council

The Shadow Council was first formed at the turn of the 19th Century when Aloysius Thorndrake after being altered by the entity known as the Abyss along with a few members of his civil war hunting group and John Steele. They were return to Earth with a simple goal, prepare it for the Abyss and his armies to take over. For over a hundred years, the Shadow Council has worked in secret working with various governments and parties to prepare the way the Abyss. The various foot soldiers of the Shadow Council are drones that have been infected with the darkness of the Abyss that uses items such as the Thorn Crown and the Serpent Crown to posses people and engulf them into it's armies. Currently, the Shadow Council has made allies with the latest version of the Masters of Evil.
