Seras Victoria, started off as a police officer, but things where soon to change. She was sent on a mission along with her team mates to a small village, where in her whole team was murdered and transformed into ghouls. She was captured by a vampire posing as a priest, and on this night she met another vampire called Alucard. Alucard gave her a choice so that he could kill the opposing vampire, live forever or die.

He fed from Seras, making her into a half vampire till she tasted blood. Seras refused to drink blood, keeping her in a quasi-vampiric state for a long time. Alucard and Integral Hellsing at first saw her as a hindrance. It was not until an attack on the Hellsing manor, that she proved her worth taking down many of the ghouls that served as the main force of the attack. She even fought against one of the Valentine brothers during this attack, but it was Walter who dealt the final blow.

After the attack many of Hellsing's units had been killed, so they hired the Wild Geese lead by Captain Pip. Pip and Seras had a play school relationship. England was invaded by an army of vampires, at which time Seras was ordered to protect the manor. The manor was over run by vampires, a powerful vampire, tricked Seras and defeated her. She was about to be killed when Pip tried to save her, he was mortally injured by the attempt and with his last breath he told Seras to drink his blood. After kissing him for the last time, she did so. After that she was reborn as a true Vampire, destroying the vampire who had attacked her without mercy. She then flew off to save Integra Hellsing.

She made it to the city center to find her leader surrounded by priests, including father Alexander Anderson. When he saw what Seras had become he ordered his men to let them go, as they had no chance in stopping her.

During the raid on Major's Zeppelin, Seras engaged Captain in combat, ending in Captain's death when Pip stabbed him with a silver tooth.

Unnamed Riffle: Seras uses this gun prior to obtaining the two Harkonnens.

Hellsing ARMS Anti-Midian Cannon 'Harkonnen': This is a large anti-tank rifle, it weighs 120 lbs without ammo and only a vampire could lift it. She has used this gun many times and it was made for her by, Walter.

Extra Long-Range Bombardment Firearm system for Localized defensive use "Harkonnen II": weighs in at about 759 lbs and was used in the protection of the Hellsing Mansion. This dual 30mm belt-fed cannon could shoot down fast moving missiles and airships at a range of 4000 meters. For enhanced firepower the Harkonnen II could switch to a grenade launching mode using "Vladimir" grenades.

Explosive Incendiary Grenades for Wide-Area Field Dominance "Vladimir": used in the Harkonnen II's grenade launching mode.

Both weapons' names and the name of the Harkonnen II's grenades pay homage to Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, from Dune.
