I think that he was in a manga somewhere. Lots of characters here don't have issues on there page, but that's because people can't find good cover images or don't know when the issue came out.

He was in Manga and just because you don't like a character they don't have to be stupid. Plus he's stronger then most DC or Marvel characters out there.
