That isn't the point. The amps he recieved prevented him from losing when he had already depleted all his energy and had no will left to the fight. If not for the prayer, the text stated he would have died and that would have been it.

If the two were to have a rematch, Glory would win pretty easily.

How? Whenever Thor has faced either of Bob's personas he has gotten smacked around. Heck even his brother Loki who currently is more powerful than Thor was getting smacked around by the Void until Sentry had to save him and Strange.
