    1. "THE BOTTLE CAST UP BY THE SEA" (Wonder Woman)
    2. "THE SHAKESPEARE CLUE" (Lady Danger) written by Robert Kanigher, penciled and inked by Bob Oskner.
    3. "SELMA LAGERLOF" (Wonder Women of History)
    4. WILLY NILLY (HUMOR STRIP)
    5. "THE HORSESHOE OF HALLOWEEN" (text story)
    6. "The Monkey's Circle!" (Wildcat) Heavyweight champion, Ted Grant, and his manager, Stretch Skinner, enter a jewelry store to buy a silver trophy. An organ grinder follows, playing music that incites his monkeys to attack the patrons. A gang of thieves rushes in, hurling in a gas bomb. Grant falls to the floor, to get under the gas, then comes up swinging, as the Wildcat. After subduing several of the thieves, the Wildcat surreptitiously leaps onto the getaway car, to follow the thieves back to their hidden lair. The Wildcat attacks, only to be subdued by the organ grinder's monkeys. The Wildcat awakens, hanging upside-down over a rising pool of water. After the thieves have departed, the Wildcat tries to swing back towards a trapeze, but can't quite reach it. The Wildcat whistles an old tune about a man on a flying trapeze, to garner the aid of the monkey. The monkey swings the trapeze towards the Wildcat, allowing him to escape a watery grave. The thieves rob a benefit for the blind. The Wildcat arrives, and attacks. The Wildcat is floored, when he is hit by the organ grinder's music box. The Wildcat plays the tune that incites the monkeys to attack. The monkey's disarm the thieves. The Wildcat beats the thieves into unconsciousness.
